Expect to spend anywhere from two to four hours. This place gets extremely over crowded. An appointment means absolutely nothing, they do not honor it. It is just a piece of paper saying you are showing up that day. I was there for two hours with and appointment only to walk out after they told me I had to wait another two hours. I saw and heard the complaints of elderly people who had been there since 9:00 a.m., and they were being picked up at 1 p.m. by their clinics WITHOUT being treated. The people are courteous, I give them that, but the place is overbooked every single day of the week. Do yourselves a favor and take your love ones or yourselves somewhere else.
The owner, or most likely their social media department replied to this post saying, I never registered as a patient. I wasted a few hours of work at this place, but I hope my experience is a warning to others. This place obviously need a lot of fixing, and I hope that instead of trying to hide the problem, they use my testimonial as a guide to fix what is broken.
