Tried to get in contact with two lawyers via email...

Tried to get in contact with two lawyers via email regarding a malpractice case and my emails practically went into a black hole. I don't expect an immediate response but with a week having passed, I'm pretty sure I will not receive one. Definitely a poor first impression of this firm.
