The Samsung refrigerator experience was not one I would want to deal with again. We had an extended warranty through Lowe's and we were at their mercy, but luckily, the repairman, Orlando, from Lakes Electronics, was fantastic! He was very punctual and knowledgeable. Orlando explained everything in great detail and gave me all my options. I would definetely recommend them. Ask for Orlando!
