I do not usually leave reviews unless I have had either an incredible experience or absolutely terrible one. I can truthfully say that everyone at Alcoa good times has been a pleasure to do business with. I was in the market for a new Sea Doo Spark and after countless hours of research and calls to dealerships, I was pleasantly surprised to find the AGT was going to give me the best deal. I met Jesse from the sales team and was instantly impressed by his demeanor and knowledge of the models. I never felt pressured into buying like at other dealerships. Jordan the finance manager was also very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about extended warranties and the battery program they offer. After 9 hours on my Spark I had a cooling system issue. I took it in under warranty and Eddie and Justin took great care of me. After finding it was a water pump case issue and that the wait time on the part would keep me off the water for another weekend, Jay the sales manager truly went above and beyond and had them take the needed part from a floor model. I was back on my Sea Doo the next day! The parts and accessories guys have been great too. Drew will do what he can and the prices are usually what amazon offers. I can not recommend these guys enough if you are looking to get that next toy. Great job AGT and thank you.
