Staff is A + go out of their way to help you..Carpets in main entrance are very worn and beat up..Rooms are nice nothing special standard room. The beds suckkk...you can see the mattress has a lean to it... my family rented 3 rooms here everyone said the bedding is horrible ..beds and pillows suck..bathrooms no complaint...pool drinks and breakfast are way overpriced...30 bucks for adult breakfast buffet...not bad for a couple but when you have big parties it gets to be to much especially if you arent a big eater in the morning a waste of money..18 dollar mojitos 36 for a double and you still can't taste the alcohol..Staying here with 10 people and all ten had pretty much same complaints...same 10 people stayed at the Four Seasons and all agree it blow this place out of the water...I'm currently staying here 6-26-19 and havent even finished my vacation and had made my mind set on this place already..I'll spend my hard earned money somewhere else.oh yeah 5am false fire alarm goes off....wakes whole 5th floor up blaring in your room " there is a fire please use stairs do not use elevators" my wifes freaking out...horrible....front desk said was a glitch from a false alarm they had earlier...try falling back asleep after you think you have to run for your life with your kids for a few seconds....NOT happening......room balcony is over powered by exhaust fan noise...stay away
