Superior service. All the staff from the check in desk to the valets to the room cleaners were exceptionally friendly. Everyone was engaged, smiling and greeting you. The food at the Primrose restaurant was amazing. Wednesday is a pasta bar. If you are in Banff on a Wednesday definitely drop in to check it out. The chefs were friendly and engaged in delightful banter as they prepared your dish. Overall an outstanding experience.
