The worst experience ever. Got an appointment for 2:30pm. We waited for 2 and half hours just to see a representative to get us the car we wanted to see. 2 and half hours!
Doesn't end there. We found the car we wanted. We put in the application, they pulled our credit, told us to wait for 10 minutes. 1 hour later. No one showed up. After several calls to the representative, with no answer..We left there at 8:30 pm with no car. A whole day wasted. We don't even think they'll ever call us back either.
I'm normally a very patient person who tries.to think from the other persons shoes... but this? Was humiliating. I even doubt if it was because of the color of my skin. . Too bad driverselect. Too bad. I'll leave the reps name.out. I don't want him to get in trouble.
