This hotel was great. We stayed overnight just to get a break from the kids. The bed was comfortable, it was quiet even on a Friday night. And the price was decent. I also attended a hair expo here. I would give that experience 3.5 stars. The hair expo was HUGE!!! Vendors, people, exhibits, classes and yet they had another group that had to walk through the expo to get to their event. The hotel should have placed signs informing the other group where their event was or even let the planners of the expo know that there would be people walking through because as the hotel sent these people our way we told them their event wasn't there because we had no clue there was another event and where they had to pass through was also our line for paying to get into the event. Then the manager came and said we were turning the people for the other event away. It's just all about effective communication.
