Congratulations on the quality of the devices produced, and more specifically Huawei Watch 2.
Trashy plastic that breaks when used normally, that is, wearing a watch on the wrist. Unless you are wearing it differently?
After a month, the service does not repair the device within a month, after a few days we offer a paid repair (at the beginning they did not want to accept it for repair), repair for PLN 350 for which I agreed, because I will not throw my smartwatch over 1700 PLN. Unfortunately, after almost a month, I received an unrepaired device due to the lack of parts.
I wrote a complaint about such a suggestion on Facebook (Huawei website), but from November 19, 2019. I have not received any response.
Thank you Huwaei Poland for ignoring the customer who has been buying their devices for many years starting with the Huawei P6.
I will not spend even a buck on your products.
And one more question. How much time do you have to answer your complaint? It is a statutory duty.
