Dear management team,
I'm very disappointed with services from Ur team. I'm staying in university tower n my time internet services have been down for past 3 days. I called a total of 6 times to the hotline for the past 2 days. Promises was given to me reassuring to me that technician n network engineer is already fixing the problem and will get it fix today, however still not settle until now. And the last hotline staff asked me to wait till tomorrow.

I sincerely feel that the service is bad, how could a problem was not settle for 3 days n the worst is the customer has to follow up on Ur problem. Really disappointed.

At the end of all phone calls to the hotline, all operators took down my number and said will get back to me n none of them actually get back to me. Really bad services!!!

Hope Ur side will get the problem solve asap, as is total inconvenient to us not being able to work at home. If problem still unsolve till tomorrow, will consider terminating the service n change to other network company.
