iinet are the reason why the consumer protection act exists.

Careful with iinet, they engage in misleadiing and deceptive conduct.

They offered me a new modem for $0 which I initially rejected but accepted after they stuffed up a service booking with the NBN.

They now want to charge me $89 for not returning the modem I bought outright, despite not making this a condition of sending out a $0 new modem.

Up until recently the service was good but sadly no longer the case.
