checked in on February 23 (yesterday) and front desk forgot to take my credit card number. Room service refuse to place my order if I did not pay cash for the food and cannot charge to the room since front desk did not take my credit card. I have to come see front desk again and wait in line due to busy period for 20 mins before front desk take my credit card number. Very disappointing with the service I received especially when I booked for executive floor with higher price.
