It's amazing how companies can act when they pretty much monopolize the market. I've had to "pleasure" to deal with TEP for 3 months and since then, they have screwed me out of a double payment, and now are telling me I owe money since my bank returned their "double payment". Now, they are saying I can only pay cash because I have returned two payments, when I have had this setup for less than 3 months? Wow. It sounds like we need a new energy solution.
