Horrible customer service. If you look young or look humble they will judge you. Front counter lady helped everybody except me. I was ignored me for over 20 mins then I went up to her to ask her the status of my bmw and my loaner car and she stated we have no loaner cars and I already told you we would be right with you. (Meanwhile there were no customers, she was on her cellphone texting and laughing with her co workers) I then told her she should have updated me. Shortly after not even 5 mins a nice man said we have plenty of loaners and he was willing to help. The lady just didn t want to help me... it s terrible that I pay so much money for a product just to receive bad customer service and a recall on my car. Bmw you owe me!!!
