The customer service I received from Rose Garden Flowers And Gifts was average. The staff was polite and helpful, but nothing stood out as exceptional. The floral arrangement I ordered was delivered on time and looked nice, but it wasn't anything extraordinary. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.
