Signed commitment mortgage letter. 1 week before completion date, I got a response that the income was not high enough. Why the hell did you give me pre-approval in the first place and no objection in the following days? Worst they do not respond back to your emails. Now I have to pay thousands of dollars for not meeting the deadline. Screw CMLS, totally not professional.
