Literally the best Chinese food I ve ever had. I came to Virginia and just wanted to find a unique place to eat and I looked up Chinese restaurants in Richmond and this place popped up. I really enjoyed the dry rub wings and the large portion size to price ratio! Please try the basil beef if you really like black pepper and don t be afraid to bring friends or family because you guys can share portions!
