I found myself without heat last week, just as the first very cold days of the season hit. Sanders and Johnson were able to come the next day to take a look and figure out what repairs/service was necessary. The two technicians called before arriving, and were able to get to the house earlier than predicted. They checked the furnace and the thermostat and determined that while the furnace is old and inefficient, it was actually the thermostat that was malfunctioning. They had a suitable replacement and installed it quickly. They set the date, time, and showed me how to manage the programmable aspects. They also suggested (but did not push) that they have the office contact me the next day to set up a time for someone to come out and give me options and estimates for replacing my old furnace.

My experience was very positive. I would definitely use this company again!
