I was very nervous...walking into Southgate VW and making the decision to buy a car was causing me stress. After 4 previous experiences of buying from other dealerships, I was expecting the worst! However, it was anything but that. I was greeted by Veer, who seemed friendly and sincere. I told him I wanted to go for a test drive and no smile faces, or sad ones . We were treated with humility and respect! I left that dealership with a new Tiguan that I adore!!!! More fool my husband for letting me purchase it in my name! Matt (sales manager) made it happen, Evan (finance) didn t go crazy with the up sell and Ralph (parts) well he just made my day.
