Most incompetent management; good thing our board replaced them with City Towers Property Management at Grand Park 2, but our sister tower is still stuck with them and they're totally useless to deal with, especially Marco Tarantino, the property manager of Grand Park 1
(side note our locker is under their management still unfortunately)...
