We went for a cooking lesson and lunch, and to be honest the lesson was was not fantastic, we learnt how to skin and cook a bird in a few different ways, but no actual cooking. Having said all that I had a great time and Aiden the chef who was teaching us was just the nicest guy.
The lunch was nice, we had it paired with wine..was not a fan of the wine that had been chosen. And I was served a cream based pudding after telling them I was lactose intolerant, only had 1 bite before I realised but the damage was done and an interesting hour or so followed.
We sat in the bar after lunch and just had the best time, live music fab gin, apparently wonderful Guinness, not a fan myself we end up staying till 8pm met some lovely people. I would definitely recommend Corrigan's staff were just brilliant
