Took our two teenage boys to try skiing for the first time. Stood in line for ski school sign up. I was told to rent equipment first. Stood in line to rent equipment. I was told to stand in line again to pay for rental equipment first. Paid for equipment and was told I must also purchase lift tickets, even though we knew they would not be used as my boys have NEVER tried skiing and were there only for lessons. Total rip off. Stood in line AGAIN to get equipment. Staff wasn t very helpful, seemed to not want to be there. Didn t give us helmets or poles. Had to go back and get those. Finally went to sign up for ski school and was told it was sold out. This is where my head exploded. Raised a lot of hell and they put my boys in the next class.
Chaotic experience, unhelpful staff, had to purchase lift tickets that they knew would go unused. There are other places to go skiing in the area. Do yourself a favor and go there instead. I will not go back.
