Purchase via Backmarket, very disappointed, 2 mont...

Purchase via Backmarket, very disappointed, 2 months after the screen which turns red, we saw absolutely nothing, fortunately this falls before the end of the 6 months warranty ... I denounce it to PC PACK who tells me first that the slab is not supported in the warranty, after having resorted to the UFC which to choose, they changed their minds but this time it was not guaranteed because supposedly it was me who had broken ... luckily the customer service Black Market really ensures and Omar asked me for photos and after verifications he forced PC PACK to send me the return slip ... but it is not over, I have returned the product, obviously, I demand a refund, we are two months later, and after 5 messages sent to PC PACK I still have no transfer (I am always told that it is in progress at the accounting department, but of course ...) fortunately I contacted once again the botched customer service Market who reacted very quickly and sent them a message it quite virulent!
I strongly advise against PC PACK, it is a company full of scams, who shirk their responsibility and sell you defective equipment!
