Tried to transition my son from inpatient care in ...

Tried to transition my son from inpatient care in Chicago to their PHP program for behavioral health. They have extremely poor communication. Unreturned messages, emails, and even broken promises to call back. I don't understand how they can dismiss families looking for help like that.
