We drove 2.5 hours to see a used Lexus RX 350. We talked to them last night about it to make sure it was still there. They even called to see if we were still coming in the morning. Once we got there, we were informed they sold it YESTERDAY morning! They showed us a beat up Lexus instead that didn't have anything the other one had. No trust. If you're far, don't waste your time! Bait and switch! Brian didn't even seem to care that it happened. Bad customer service. Very disappointed. UPDATE: Noticed it still on the website later in the day, called to see if it was available. Of course it is! Don't trust them.
