Review of Walser Mazda

Very disappointing!

Very disappointing!
I found the exact car that I wanted online and it was at this dealership. I'm from out of town but was coming to MN that weekend for family festivities so I was going to be on a tight schedule. I decided to schedule an appointment with Walser to test drive the car that Friday. Some guy named Matt texted me and we worked out a time and date to test drive. On Friday, I decided to go in about 3hrs before the scheduled test drive just to look over the car first. I was looking at the car for 20min outside and nobody came out to help me. I really liked the car so I thought well maybe they're just busy. I decided to go run some errands before coming back and hoped someone would be waiting for me since I made an appointment. I then texted Matt and said I would b arriving 45min early and asked if that was ok. He replied that it was fine and said "See you soon." As we came back, we looked over the car again and nobody came out to help us. So I decided to walk in to ask for Matt. Told the lady at the front desk that I had an appointment with Matt to test drive a vehicle. She told me that Matt was just some appointment scheduler and that he wouldn't be the one to help me. She then continued to tell me that every sales guy was busy and that she could take down my number and call me when someone became available. I was shocked. Really? They are busy and will call me when they're free?! Wow! I waited 15 more minutes and nobody even acknowledged me! So I left. So very disappointing. I was ready to buy the car that day too since I was from out of town and had been looking at Mazdas and this one was the one I came to buy! After I left, I texted Matt and told him what happened and how upset I was. Sure enough, I never heard a reply from him again. Wow! I even heard great things about Walser from friends in Minneapolis so I am still confused as to why this happened to me. Sadly Walser lost a customer that day. I was ready to drive away in that beautiful car too.
