Fantastic buying experience that I would compare to the feel good you have when you buy from Chic-fil-a. Awesome response time and very knowledgeable staff. Someone answered the phone each time I called, each person who answered my call was trained well enough to answer all my questions. Estimate for 2 door openers was on time and less expensive than amazon. Install price was very good. Ryan my installer was early for the estimate appointment and early the next day install. I love how RCS use of tech to inform customer about products and to communicate with the customer. I had my Ryans cell number and was able to use sms communication which was very helpful with my busy schedule. I managed to lose my remote and staff was able to find my invoice, recommend new remote, train me on programing the remote and sold it to me at a fair price.
