Maybe I'm jaded because I work here but this is a good place to work. The pay is competitive. It's a local company with owners that take a personal interest in their employees. They truly do have an open door policy. Fantastic pay for hard workers. You do have to be a good sales person and they won't keep you if you aren't but that makes sense to me. I've seen a lot of people come and go but if you are a mature worker who understands that you are actually supposed to work at work you will do great here.
