They do good work, but Angela and Ruby in the psychiatric department are rude and not flexible in working with clients. Psychiatric department staff need to be more patient and flexible with their clients and take more initiative to explain the structure of appointments to clients instead of bombarding them with confusing directions and relying on clinical team members to explain things ahead of time.
