DO NOT WORK WITH mortgage broker, Mitch Kruger. He is completely incompetent and is taking no accountability for his actions. I had the very unlucky privilege of him being my broker for a home I recently purchased in MN. He first had the wrong closing date and was working towards that date unbeknownst to anyone else involved, causing us to not be able to close. Then he changed our loan application causing us again to have to delay, this time we didn t find out until we had moved out of our current home causing us to be homeless, and creating large expenses for us with hotel and storage, which he refuses to reimburse us for. THEN he had the wrong house cost on closing documents creating another delay. This is crazy! He needs to be held accountable for his actions.
