I have had generally very good luck with Crown, having owned two Honda Odysseys for 14 and 5 years. My older one, which I have always serviced regularly, is going strong at nearly 200k miles. My 5 year old van has over 100k on it now and is great. I do believe that the service department is overworked or understaffed or something, but occasional holdups have not been a big issue for me. I never expect them to have the car back too quickly, since I want them to have the time to do the job correctly. Appreciate the shuttle service and the courtesy of the staff.
