My experience has been terrible. I had them do 3 things. Insulation in my attic, encapsulate my crawl space, and add a new entry door to my crawl space. They screwed up all 3. They caused a drainage backup in my a with air conditioner because insulation was spread into the drainage basin, which cause water to back up and over flow onto my bedroom ceiling. They didn't finish the encapsulation because the dehumidifier was never turned on because they never schedule electrician to get electric to it. Then they simply never installed the crawl space door. It's been 3 months and I still don't have my money back for the door that they never installed. I'm from Memphis where they are headquartered and can't get good service. Keep away from Terminix!! Period!!!
