I needed some warranty work performed on my RV. The Bluetooth did not work on the stereo in the RV so I contacted the manufacturer of the unit. They determined that the unit was defective and gave me a case number and told me to contact any Keystone dealer to get it replaced. I contacted a large national chain and talked with someone in service who after hearing the story and getting the case number said he would get back to me after checking with the manufacturer. I never heard back. I tried calling again several times, leaving messages, trying someone else, never got a response back. I even tried the same chain at a different location, nothing. After two weeks I gave up.

So now, thanks to my experience I found a dealer who truly cares about the customer and goes the extra mile to ensure they are taken care of. Thank you Sierra, and thank you Carolina Coach and Marine.
