"Convenience Fee" on website to buy tickets was an...

"Convenience Fee" on website to buy tickets was an extra $15.51 a ticket. Made arrangements to go to the box office (which is only open 11AM - 3 PM) to purchase in person. "Service Charge" was $14.50 a ticket. If it's extra money you're going to have to pay no matter how you purchase the tickets, why not just include that in the ticket price?
