We discovered mould in our basement resulting from leakage through two cold joint cracks in the foundation. It was a very stressful experience for us, particularly with young children in the home and the recognition that the work would not be covered by insurance. The owner, Guy, and his team were extremely supportive throughout the ordeal. They were both professional and compassionate. Guy was on the scene immediately after our call and always available for discussions and experienced insight thereafter. Our main inspector, Jon, was both thorough and knowledgeable. As a result, we had a good plan of action. Work was conducted efficiently and well. We would hands down use Matrix again for remediation services.
