Visited here and saw the impressive "Levitated Mass" by artist Michael Heizer - a 456-foot-long slot built on campus, over which is placed a 340-ton granite megalith. The slot gradually descends to fifteen feet in depth, running underneath the boulder. Seeing it as the sun is setting is quite visually stunning, as hopefully conveyed by the picture attached.
