As an entrepreneur, this company engaged for a defaulting debtor. Without result, but that is not why I am dissatisfied with this company. Have to go after my file up to 3 times, because the collection process did not go through for technical or human reasons and nothing happened for weeks. This after an incorrect invoice amount had already been communicated to my debtor.
