Hotel should make it clearer prior to arrival that a guaranteed credit card is not equals to payment. My company had booked a room for me and guaranteed it to a card not under my name. Hotel staff kept insisting that I had to produce my company card if not it would be tagged to my own. Caused a huge hassle that it could not be put under credit. Honestly, if it's tagged to such a huge company like mine and we even have Shangri-La as a preferred vendor, we wont and cant run away. Marred my experience greatly.. Breakfast was also exactly the same the 3 days I ate...
