Michael Stuart was great, as was the entire auto body service staff--they get 5 stars. The reason for the 3 stars is because I averaged out my experience here. The person at the cashier's department was awful. My friend and I came to pick up his vehicle on 11/23/14 around 2:30 pm. I couldn't get the name of the cashier attendant, but she was the only Latina working there. First, she didn't acknowledge us, just stood there...fair enough. The she asks for my friend's last name, which she couldn't locate on the computer. This forced my friend to actual run out to the service department and retrieve the service statement/receipt himself. I was annoyed, but my friend was still being a gentleman and respectful handed her the receipt, and she responds by accusing him of giving the wrong name initially! My friend kindly corrected her pointing out that he had in fact giving the correct name earlier, to which she replied, "oh" She then continues to eat her french fries (gross) as she completes the transaction on her computer. Really Magnussen of Fremont??? Really? Being totally honest and fair, the DMV provides better customer service then she did.
