This place has really gone down hill. Staff is nice and that's it. I brought my dying dog in, so they could put her out of her mystery, this should have been priority one. Instead my dog died waiting on relief. I tried them again I waited an hour and a half before being seen, the room we were in had pee all over the floor and noone cleaned it up. Then the doctor stayed one minute before misdiagnosing my dog. The next day I went to center hill animal clinic. I was seen right away, and they gave my dog the correct meds they are friendly and the place is very clean. I won't be returning to cat and cow again
