I recently used the services of a local accounting firm in Elizabeth City and had an average experience. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. However, the communication could have been better, as I felt that some of my inquiries were not adequately addressed in a timely manner. The company's website was informative, but I would have appreciated more transparency about their services and pricing.
