I purchased my Hybrid Accord at Bernardi in Dec. 2018 and have gone to Bernardi for all service needs since. Every experience I have had with Bernardi, from working with their sales people to working with their service team, has been truly outstanding. Customer service is a top priority for Bernardi. Their employees are always so welcoming, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. Most recently I worked with Service Advisor Leah D. and had an extremely positive experience, inspiring me to write this review. Outstanding customer service is pretty rare these days, but Bernardi always provides it! As a result I will give Bernardi my business and recommend Bernardi to my friends.
