This company has some really good potential but doesn t use the resources they have properly. I never receive any crucial information through proper channels I only receive promotions. Very hard to get a hold of them. When you finally do get to talk to someone they don t listen to any of the concerns or problems that you are experiencing. Poor customer service can be improved just needs help.
