First visit to Hoffman since I bought a 2015 Allro...

First visit to Hoffman since I bought a 2015 Allroad earlier this year (CPO with extended warranty). Service advisor took the time to understand my primary issues (rattling sunroof and poor cell phone call quality). Both repaired under warranty or "goodwilled". Also did an oil change and inspection which happened to be due. Only problem not resolved was Sirius XM audio quality, which is seriously lacking in this Audi compared to my other vehicles (problem was miscommunicated as a reception problem, which it isn't). Offered to have me speak with foreman to resolve but no time. Loaner was clean with no issues. Communication from service advisor was frequent and accurate.
