The BMW service department is great. Just went there this morning and worked with Paul, he was great. They get you in and out fast and don't try to push extras on you.

Update: but then of course they come back and tell you the issues you are having are not covered by the warranty. I had to go to Pacific BMW in Glendale to find out the car had a warranty covered oil leak and water pump issue.
