ER is very slow in everything. Starting from check...

ER is very slow in everything. Starting from checking in till giving out discharge summary. I have visited ER 4 times since 2016 and every time I end up spending 5 hrs. after everything is done and doctor confirmed to go then I have to wait for 1 hr for the paper work to finish.
Each time I faced similar issues. But still one star for the care provided which is good.
