Unfortunately we had a bad experience on this tour...

Unfortunately we had a bad experience on this tour. First, their system was down and they couldn t scan our ticket. One of the guides just started letting people go in front of us, without even apologizing or letting us know, so we lost our seat on the upper level. Eventually they let us come in and scanned our ticket at our seats, which they could at the first place. When guide began to speak, radio kept on interrupting so we could barely hear her.
So when we decided to change the bus it started raining and everyone on upper level was issued plastic rain coat, however they ran out of them for the rest of the people.
This is the worst experience I ve had on bus tours. We paid same amount of money as everyone else but got treated the worst.
