I'm beyond thrilled that my business chose to work with Heron for our PR needs, and have been extremely satisfied. I work in Sales and Marketing for a large restaurant/bar, and from the second we signed on with them, Heron's team worked religiously to secure press releases & various other media content pieces, as well as just developed a general positive buzz about our place. We signed with them prior to our opening, and while I was impressed with how much press they garnished for us pre-opening, i've really been impressed that it hasn't slowed at all; even after a month of being open we're still seeing new pieces they've secured multiple times a week. They have a fantastic portfolio of clients of all kinds, which really speaks to the caliber of their work. Their entire team is highly responsive, even in off hours, and they are always committed- even when it means showing up at 6:00 a.m. for a news segment. Their professionalism is unparalleled and you can tell each one of them truly cares about what they do. In my past experiences, PR was always something to do internally to avoid the cost, but Heron has changed my view entirely and is worth every penny.
