Artona deserves a negative rating tbh. This is the monopoly in the greater Vancouver area, which means if you want your grad photo taken there is literally no other places to go. The price is astronomical, a single 10x13 photo costs $95, are you **** serious? Ok so if you are going to charge such a ridiculous price, at least provide some decent services eh? You spent maybe 10 minutes to rush through my grad photo, and now I tried to login to the website to order my photos and guess what, the pictures won't even load! (Tried different browsers). Artona is probably the worst business I have ever encountered, period.
