I have used Waterfalls as my lettings agents for many years, they are always responsive, courteous and efficient. Katie and Rachael were brilliant, and Sue and Bel are newer but just as good. Shona has always sorted any queries promptly and efficiently, with a good sense of humour. I cannot recommend highly enough, I intend to continue using them as my agents for the foreseeable future.
